Log in with the Facebook account that manages your Page. Instagram business accounts linked to the Page can be connected at the same time.

Connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's secure sign-up.
WhatsApp sign-up isn't switched on yet. You can connect it later from Settings, or manually below.
Each new customer goes to one on-duty moderator, and comes back to the same moderator every time. Running the shop alone? Skip this, you can reply to everyone yourself.
